Marshall will play the winner of Western Kentucky and Old Dominion on Saturday night at 7:30 on the CBS Sports Network. Southern Miss made a valiant effort in this Tournament and came up just short of reaching March immorality, however Golden Eagle fans still have plenty to look forward to with this team with the entire starting lineup returning next season for Southern Miss. Marshall has found a way to play into the NIT and if they can pull off a stunner on Sunday the Thundering Heard would be on the way to the big dance.
